The quote tool

The quote form needs gender, birth date, how you'd rate your health, tobacco use, death benefit amount and term length. We send those to a quoting service run by the carrier platform to fetch rates. We don't keep this information. No name, mailing address, phone or email is requested for quotes. Repeated requests from the same setup may be served from a short cache so the service isn't called twice.

Applying

Choosing to apply passes your answers into a secure application run by the carrier platform, which has its own privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), manages the process.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone, how you want us to reach back, what it's about, and your message. It gets delivered by email to the agency; your email serves as the reply-to. We don't hold copies, keep submissions in a database, or log the message text. A quick anti-spam check happens in your browser before sending.

Measurement

Traffic counting happens using a first-party, no-cookie method from this domain. No cookies, no identifiers are saved; IP addresses get shortened before storage; search terms from referrers are stripped; logs go away after 3 months. Browsers flagged for Do Not Track or Privacy Control don't get counted.

What we do not do

No selling of data. No tracking pixels from advertisers. No third-party tools measuring your activity. The only outside code on the site is the carrier application platform, which loads only when you navigate to apply.
